How To Order ?

​

Rolli Polli’s can be pre – ordered on select days, with the collection day and time. This will be advertised on the website and Instagram pages.

 

Collections need to made during the allocate time frames as we are unable to hold outside of that time slot.

 

When order is made, you will be emailed with collection address where you can grab your fresh goodies to enjoy.

Where Are You Located?

​

Rolli Polli is located in Townsville. Unfortunately we do not have a physical store yet. In our online store you can place your order to pickup on collection days. We do offer shipping of our Chunky Cookies Australia Wide.

Do You Make Local Deliveries?

Currently we do not offer deliveries. With the exception of special catering orders.

Allergen Information

​

Our Rolli Polli’s do include wheat, eggs, dairy and occasionally nuts, depending on the flavour. Occasionally we will introduce new flavours, so please keep an eye out for what they may contain.

 

If you have any further questions, Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information if you are unsure.

We do our best to avoid cross contamination, however we share our equipment and utensils to bake variety of products.

Do you have any vegan or gluten free options?

 

Unfortunately we currently do not have either vegan or gluten free options at this stage. However, this will be something we would like to introduce in the future.

​

 

What happens if I can't collect my order?

​

All orders need to be collected within the selected pickup time. Unfortunately, we cannot hold orders past these scheduled timeslots, as we are still a small business and juggling family and other commitments. In addition, due to the nature of our Rolli Polli’s, we don’t want to compromise the freshness of our delicious treats awaiting your collection.

​

If you can’t collect your order, we are happy to have you arrange for someone else to collect your order on your behalf. You will just need to provide them your order details and send us a message ahead of time, so we don’t accidently pass your order onto someone else. It would be such a tragedy!

If a missed collection has occurred, unfortunately we can not issue refunds as we have already used resources and time to create your order. However, should you know that you are unable to collect your pre-order 48 hours ahead of collection time, we will happily refund your order, excluding any transaction fees incurred. 

​

Can I get a refund?

​

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds as all our baked goods are prepped and made fresh for you and there is no guarantee we are able to on sell your products.
